It is not about optimisation, becoming someone else, or escaping modern life, but learning how to live within it more consciously and sustainably.
Programmes
Both of these programmes are designed for slow, sustainable change. We begin with Re-Ground, which focusses on creating stability and reconnecting with the foundations of health. Re-Build then focusses on creating a life that feels meaningful, connected and aligned with your values.
Before beginning, we’ll arrange a free introductory call to explore whether this style of coaching feels aligned for you. There is no pressure to commit afterwards.
RE-GROUND
12 weeks
A coaching programme designed to help you reduce overwhelm, navigate the demands of a fast-paced and overstimulating world, and create a more stable foundation for daily life.
Together we’ll focus on sleep, rest, nourishment, and movement, helping you create greater stability, steadier energy, and a stronger connection to yourself.
RE-BUILD
12 weeks
A deeper, secondary programme focussed on creating a life that feels aligned with who you are, helping you to move into meaningful change and intentional living.
We focus on your relationship with yourself, other people, technology, purpose, and the way you chose to spend your time, energy and attention.
About me
My approach to coaching is deeply shaped by lived experience.
For many years I felt stuck in cycles of escapism, disconnection, unhealthy habits, and a feeling that I was living in a world that wasn’t built for the kind of life I deeply craved - something simpler, slower, and more connected.
What changed things for me wasn’t a dramatic transformation or perfect discipline, but slowly rebuilding a relationship with the simple things that make life more grounded.
This work grew from that experience.
I now help others reconnect with themselves and create lives that feel healthier, more joyful, and more intentional in a world that constantly competes for our attention.
