I offer two separate but connected programmes, designed to help you move away from instability, into grounded, intentional living.

The process is intentionally steady and spacious. It’s not about overwhelming you with information, it’s about creating sustainable change that genuinely integrates into your life.

RE-GROUND

12 weeks

Re-Ground is about coming back to yourself. Not escaping your life, fixing yourself, or chasing an ideal version of who you think you should be, but learning how to feel more stable, energised, and connected within the life you already have.

We will focus on three key biological foundations of healthy living - food, sleep, and movement, in order to improve your energy levels, stress management, and mental and physical health.

  • We begin by slowing things down.

    Many people are living in a state of constant stimulation, exhaustion, and mental noise without realising how disconnected they’ve become from rest.

    Together we focus on:

    • Improving sleep rhythm

    • Reducing overstimulation

    • Creating calmer evenings and mornings

    • Restoring a more natural pace to daily life

    Often, this alone begins changing how people feel physically, emotionally, and mentally.

  • This is not about diet or restriction, it is about exploration.

    You’ll explore your relationship with food in a simple, realistic way, learning how to build meals that support:

    • Clearer energy

    • Improved health

    • Steadier moods

    • Reduced fatigue and crash cycles

    Many people are living with diet-related symptoms that feel normal, until they begin to change.

  • Movement becomes a way of reconnecting with your body, not controlling it.

    There is no expectation to become highly disciplined or intensely fit. Instead, we explore forms of movement that feel:

    • Sustainable

    • Enjoyable

    • Regulating

    • Confidence-building

    The aim is to make caring for yourself feel natural rather than forced.

RE-BUILD

12 weeks

Re-Build is a secondary programme that begins once a more stable foundation has been created. Now that you feel more grounded in your body, and have restored stability and trust in your system, the focus becomes:

What kind of life do you actually want to build?

  • We work on shifting your attention away from constant distraction and back into your life.

    This includes:

    • Screen habits

    • Compulsive stimulation

    • Relationship with silence

    • Boredom tolerance

    • Attention recovery

    This work cultivates presence, clarity, and emotional steadiness.

  • We explore your relationship with yourself and others.

    This will include:

    • Setting healthier boundaries

    • Developing emotional awareness

    • Building supportive connections

    The goal is building relationships that genuinely support your wellbeing.

  • We explore themes such as

    • Meaning

    • Creative expression

    • Life direction

    Not as a search for one fixed “purpose,” but as a process of discovering what feels alive and aligned with who you are.

    The goal is to focus your energy on things that reflect your values, and to find meaning in how you live, work, and relate to others.

This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation designed to explore where you currently feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck, and whether this coaching process feels supportive and realistic for where you are right now. We might explore:

The habits, routines or patterns that are draining your energy or attention

How your daily life feels for you at the moment mentally, physically and emotionally

Your relationship with rest, stimulation, technology, food, movement, or overwhelm

What you feel is missing from your current way of living

The kind of life, rhythm, or feeling you want to move towards
